We’re exploring new ways to produce alumina, aluminium, magnesium and titanium, and the products made from them, so that manufacturers can reduce costs and pollution and improve performance.

CSIRO has developed tools which can achieve good arc welds, even in very high magnetic field locations, and wishes to form a partnership with a company to package the technology and market it to industry.
